We’re looking for a Head of Motion to push our motion practice into its next chapter.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role. You’ll set the creative bar, shape the motion craft, and make motion a defining strength of Analogue – leading a small team of motion magicians that you will guide, grow and inspire.
We want someone with exceptional craft, fearless curiosity and the confidence to lead from the front. Someone collaborative, ambitious and seriously playful in how they think, make and inspire.

ARE YOU A SENIOR DESIGNER WHO CAN INSPIRE A TEAM?
We’re on the lookout for a Senior designer to join our awesome team! If you’re a designer with 5+ years experience in graphic design, illustration and art direction, who can tell fresh and engaging stories then get in touch!
We are looking for someone who:
- Has world class design and illustration capability
- Enjoys working across and leading multiple projects – From branding and packaging to illustration and art direction
- Fluent in the adobe suite and has an understanding of animation software to help direct motion projects
- Innovating and pushing the needle to inspire others around them
- Is interested in pop culture and entertainment brands
- Loves to engage and build relationships with clients
