Delivery & Returns

We aim to get your order packed up and on its way as soon as possible.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once your order has been sent, we’ll email you with confirmation and tracking details where available.

Delivery costs and estimated times will be shown at checkout.

If your order is taking longer than expected, drop us a line at letsplay@madebyanalogue.co.uk and we’ll take a look.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, email letsplay@madebyanalogue.co.uk with your order number and we’ll let you know what to do next.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or just isn’t what you ordered, let us know as soon as you can.

Send your order number and a quick description of the problem to letsplay@madebyanalogue.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.
