Do I need agency experience?
Not strictly. Show us real craft, clear thinking and references that prove you can run with a brief.

Can we work together if I’m outside the UK?
Yes. We’re remote-first and used to async collaboration, we just need overlapping hours for key sessions.

We do when the portfolio shows curiosity and potential. Be honest about your level so we can budget mentoring time.
