Netflix wanted to harness the fan love for Scoops Ahoy, the nautical ice cream parlour from Stranger Things, and bring it into the real world. The challenge was to stay true to the on-screen identity while creating a bold, clear and appetising brand that works on shelf and meets all the demands of food packaging.

Ahoy There!
We refreshed the brand mark and built a cohesive design system across products and retail formats. From packaging and retail kits to motion assets and photography, every detail was crafted to capture the nostalgic, nautical charm while standing out commercially. Products were dropped back into the Stranger Things universe, from the Scoops Ahoy parlour to the eerie Upside Down.

Scoops Ahoy successfully set sail from screen to shelf, becoming instantly recognisable to fans worldwide. The brand now balances nostalgia with commercial punch, with packaging, apparel and merchandise all working together as a bold identity making waves far beyond the show.
