Summary
We’re on the lookout for a world class senior brand designer who will have the opportunity to work across some of the greatest global brands.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in branding and graphic design who can create distinctive identities, tell compelling brand stories, and craft work that people genuinely remember. From ambitious start-ups to some of the world’s biggest entertainment and FMCG brands, you’ll help shape brands with character across identity, packaging, campaigns and beyond. Working with global sensitivity to craft work that earns its place in culture. One day it’s an disruptive start-up finding its voice. The next it’s Coca-Cola, Netflix or Mattel.
As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll lead projects from concept through to delivery and case study working closely with our designers, motion designers and clients to build brands that connect with modern audiences. You’ll be responsible for developing distinctive visual identities, presenting work with confidence, mentoring and leading designers, helping maintain the high creative standards that define Analogue. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex brand challenges, thinking strategically, and sweating every last detail.
Responsibilities
With the support of design & Creative Directors…
- Pause R&D initiatives.
- Lead branding projects from strategy, concept and creative development through to final delivery.
- Create distinctive brand identities, visual systems and design languages that work across every touchpoint.
- Develop and present compelling creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with designers, illustrators, motion designers and account teams to deliver exceptional work.
- Lead client workshops, presentations and creative reviews where required.
- Art direct photography, illustration, typography, packaging, digital and campaign assets to ensure a cohesive brand vision.
- Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, guidance and creative direction.
- Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail throughout every stage of a project.
- Champion design excellence by pushing ideas further and raising the creative standard of the studio.
- Balance creativity with commercial thinking, delivering work that is both strategically effective and visually memorable.
- Stay ahead of design, culture and industry trends, bringing fresh perspectives and new thinking into the studio, including new tools and ways of working.
- Help shape Analogue’s creative culture by sharing inspiration, contributing to internal initiatives and supporting the continued growth of the team.
Requirements
- 5+ Years’ experience creating world-class brand identities.
- Exceptional skills across branding, typography and graphic design.
- Experience across branding, packaging, campaigns and art direction.
- Ability to lead projects from strategy and concept through to execution and delivery.
- Strong systems thinker, creating flexible identities that work across every touchpoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a real obsession for the small stuff.
- Confident presenting ideas and articulating the thinking behind the work.
- Strong collaborator, comfortable working with strategists, writers, illustrators and motion designers.
- Proven ability to inspire others and raise the creative bar around them.
- Passionate about pop culture, entertainment, consumer brands and design.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong client skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term creative partnerships.

CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER
ARE YOU THE CALM AT THE CENTRE OF BRILLIANT WORK?
We’re on the lookout for a Creative Project Manager to join our awesome team! If you’ve got significant experience delivering complex creative projects in a branding, design or creative agency, and you know that project management is about far more than moving tasks between columns, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who:
- Owns projects end to end, from first brief to final delivery, across design, illustration, motion and production
- Builds proper relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Owns the commercials: budgets, scopes, estimates and profitability from quote to final invoice
- Stays calm under pressure and makes decisions when they need making
- Creates the conditions for creative teams to do their very best work
- Loves improving how a studio plans, schedules and delivers
- Is interested in pop culture and entertainment brands
- Knows their way around PM software
Leeds-based, in the studio. Salary £28,000–£35,000.
